- Stainless Steel 18/10 Body: Kapp products are manufactured with 18/10 grade stainless steel for increased quality. This mixture of chromium and nickel allows for better heat distribution. These chromium binds to the stainless steel surface and protects it from harmful acid causing rust, stains, corrosion, or cracks in the material. It is specifically manufactured to allow the product to last long-term, especially in the harsh conditions of professional kitchens.

- Impact Bonding Technology: The frying pans are constructed using a triple layer technique which contians stainless steel material on the outer layers and an aluminum layer in the middle for heat conduction purposes. This also results in non seperable bottom layers and even heat distribution.
